Jurnal Hukum Ekonomi Syariah (JHESy) is a scholarly journal publishing platform dedicated to advancing literature and academic discourse in the fields of Islamic law and sharia economics. We invite scholars, researchers, and practitioners to contribute high-quality, original research articles (including field and normative studies), as well as manuscripts reviewing theoretical concepts.

The scope of this journal encompasses a broad spectrum within these disciplines, prioritising the following specific areas:

• Contemporary Sharia Economic Law: In-depth studies of fiqh of sharia economics, dynamic analyses of regulatory frameworks and policies in a sharia context, and sharia-based dispute resolution mechanisms through litigation (religious courts) and non-litigation (arbitration/mediation) channels.
• Fiqh Muamalah: Critical exploration of contemporary Islamic commercial law and reviews of agreement and contract law (akad), as well as modern digital business transaction innovations measured against sharia compliance parameters.
• Sharia Economic Ecosystem: A comprehensive analysis of sharia financial institution systems, sharia management and governance of the halal industry, the sharia capital market, and sharia financial technology (fintech) instruments, including the management of Islamic philanthropic institutions (zakat, infaq, sadaqah, and waqf).
