These charges are only applied if the manuscript has been approved for publication. APC supports professional publication services, including:

• Administration and management of the publication workflow
• Manuscript copyediting, typesetting, and final document formatting
• Registration of an official Digital Object Identifier (DOI)
• Server hosting, journal website maintenance, and long-term digital archive preservation

The APC is a publication service fee and not an access fee. APC is not a payment to peer reviewers, does not purchase peer review outcomes, and does not affect the editorial process or decisions. All published articles remain freely and permanently accessible worldwide without subscription fees, paywalls, or access charges.

The editorial team will send a billing notification along with an acceptance letter by email immediately after your scholarly work has passed the final evaluation.
