Copyright Policy

Authors who publish their manuscripts in Jurnal Hukum Ekonomi Syariah (JHESy) agree to the following conditions:

  1. The author retains the copyright and grants the journal the right of first publication. The work is simultaneously licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-ND 4.0), which allows others to copy and distribute the work in its original form for any purpose, including commercial use, provided that appropriate attribution is given and a link to the original publication in this journal is included.
  2. Authors are able to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work (e.g., posting it to an institutional repository or publishing it in a book), with an acknowledgment of its initial publication in this journal.
  3. Authors are permitted and encouraged to post their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories or on their website) prior to and during the submission process, as it can lead to productive exchanges, as well as earlier and greater citation of published work.
