Archiving and Digital Preservation Policy
Digital Preservation Policy
Jurnal Hukum Ekonomi Syariah (JHESy) is committed to the long-term preservation and continuous accessibility of its scholarly content. To ensure the permanent availability of our published articles, the journal employs the following archiving strategies:
- LOCKSS System: The journal utilizes the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries. This allows those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration.
- National and International Archiving: All contents are digitally submitted to the Indonesian National Library's Indonesia OneSearch and periodically harvested by OCLC WorldCat and the Internet Archive.
- Institutional Repository: Articles published in this journal are also systematically archived in the institutional repository of STAI Al Musaddadiyah Garut.
Author Self-Archiving (Deposit) Policy
To support maximum open access and dissemination of research, JHESy strongly encourages authors to self-archive their work. Authors are permitted to deposit the following versions of their article without any embargo period:
- Submitted version (Preprint)
- Accepted version (Postprint / Author's Accepted Manuscript)
- Published version (Version of Record)
Authors may deposit these versions in institutional repositories, disciplinary repositories, academic social networks, or personal websites. When self-archiving, authors are required to provide a proper citation to the original publication and include a link (preferably the DOI URL) to the published article on the JHESy website. In accordance with the journal's CC BY-ND license, the deposited published version must be shared in its exact, unaltered form and cannot be modified or remixed.
