We only collect the personal information necessary for the journal publication process. This data typically includes your full name, institutional affiliation, email address and area of expertise. This information is collected when you register on the journal's website as an author, reviewer or reader.

The names and email addresses entered into this journal site will be used exclusively for the stated purposes of this journal, including:

  • The manuscript submission process, peer review, and manuscript publication in the field of Sharia Economic Law.
  • Administrative communication between the editorial board, authors, and reviewers.
  • Notifications regarding new issues or important journal announcements (if opted in).

3. Data Protection and Sharing

The personal data you provide will not be misused for commercial purposes, sold, or given to any third party for other purposes without your explicit consent, unless required by applicable law. Data is stored in the OJS (Open Journal Systems)-based journal management system, which is securely managed by STAI Al Musaddadiyah Garut.

  • Update or modify their personal data at any time through their user account.
  • Request the deletion of their profile and personal data from our system by contacting the Journal through the Contact Page.

AI Tools and Data Protection
