Jurnal Hukum Ekonomi Syariah (JHESy) is fully committed to the long-term preservation and sustainable accessibility of all scientific content published by the journal. To ensure the permanent availability of the scholarly record, we implement a comprehensive, multi-layered archiving strategy.

Repository Archiving Strategy

We utilise various digital storage platforms and networks to secure publication data. These include:

  1. PKP Private LOCKSS Network (PKP PLN): This journal is actively integrated with the PKP PLN network. This Open Journal Systems (OJS)-based distributed archiving system creates and distributes archival copies of the journal to various libraries and nodes worldwide. This scheme guarantees complete data recovery in the event of a server failure or the cessation of publishing operations.
  2. National and Global Aggregators: Periodically, the metadata and content of our journal are submitted to Indonesia OneSearch (National Library of the Republic of Indonesia). The data is also regularly harvested by global networks such as the Internet Archive and OCLC WorldCat.
  3. Institutional Repository: For an extra layer of protection, every published article is systematically archived in the central database of STAI Al Musaddadiyah Garut, both offline and online.

Continuity of Accessibility

Even in the worst-case scenario of the journal website becoming temporarily or permanently inaccessible, we guarantee that the scholarly record will not be lost. All published research works will be preserved and remain openly accessible to the public through a network of global archiving institutions, including PKP PLN and the Internet Archive.

Preservation of Retracted Content

Retracted articles remain part of the scholarly record and may continue to be preserved within archival systems. Retraction notices shall be linked to preserved content whenever technically feasible.

For self-archiving provisions, please refer to the Repository Policy.
